North Lakes Community Council (NLCC)

Annual Membership Application

By submitting this form, I attest that:

• I physically reside within the boundaries of the North Lakes Community Council. Click for Map.

• I am at least 18 years old and eligible to vote, or to register to vote, within the State of Alaska and the Matanuska Susitna Borough.

• I have attended, or will attend within the next 3 months, at least one NLCC General Membership Meeting (in person or via Zoom call).

• I understand membership automatically expires on December 31st each year.  Continued membership requires consent of the Member and approval by a Board Member.  This may be accomplished by email or through completion of a New Annual Membership Application. 

• I understand, by submitting this Application, I will not be considered a voting member until I receive an approval email from a member of the NLCC Board.
